DR ROB COLLINS

Rob has been educating and developing top-talent through Oxford University for 25+ years. As an advisor to industry and government he has repeatedly demonstrated success in delivering significant and lasting change. Rob deliver’s custom training programs and support capability development direct to industry, governments and not-for-profit organisations.

Through Oxford University Rob has developed and delivered the following multiple modules as part of the MSc in Software Engineering (Classical Machine Learning, Software Testing and Safety Critical Software). For the Department of Continuing Education, Rob delivers courses on Design Thinking, Agile Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Systems Engineering and Systems Thinking

PROFESSOR CHRIS ROWLEY

Professor Chris Rowley is Visiting Fellow and Research Associate, Kellogg College, University of Oxford and Professor Emeritus, , Bayes Business School, City, University of London. With over 35 years experience of university systems globally he has published extensively with 220 academic articles, 53 books, 275 chapters and entries and 200 practitioner reports. He has written and given expert opinion and comment in the international media, including TV, radio and newspapers and has consultancy experience with businesses, governments and labour unions. The areas he covers include: effective and global leadership, trends in globalisation, knowledge management and sharing, post-pandemic work and management, human resource management, global and cross-cultural competencies and Asian business and management.

JOHN HOFFMIRE

John is Chairman at Oxford Pharmaceuticals and a founder of the Centre on Business and Poverty. John’s achievements in both the academic and business worlds are extensive and – having participated in work, research and speaking tours in 99 countries – John is regarded as one of the leading experts in his field. His pioneering approach has led to achievements such as leading the first sale of shares for a microfinance bank to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan at K-REP in Kenya.
